What Copperline Does
Copperline Auto is a free call-connection service for drivers. One call, or one request sent through our form, connects you with a local auto repair shop in Los Angeles.
Copperline does not repair, inspect, diagnose or price vehicles, and it does not employ the mechanics who do. We do not guarantee that a shop will be available, how quickly it will respond, what it will charge or the quality of its work.
Repair Shops Are Independent
Any agreement for repair work is between you and the repair shop. The shop is responsible for its estimate, its work, its invoice and its warranty.
California law requires repair shops to be registered with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and to give you a written estimate before starting work. Before you approve any repair, check the shop's ARD registration number at bar.ca.gov and get the estimate and warranty terms in writing. If you have a problem with a shop, you can file a complaint with BAR.
Information on This Website
Guides, warning signs and prices on this website are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a quote or professional advice for your vehicle. Prices are market starting prices from the sources named next to them, checked on the date shown, and your shop's written estimate is the only price that applies to your car.

Using the Website and the Phone Line
You agree to give accurate information, to use the website and the phone line only for real repair requests and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, copy its content in bulk with automated tools, or misuse the phone line, for example with fake or harassing calls.
Calls and Text Messages

Content Ownership
The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Copperline Auto or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Because the service is free for drivers, Copperline's total liability for any claim related to the website or the service is limited to the minimum the law allows.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to defend and hold Copperline harmless from claims caused by your misuse of the website or the phone line or by your breach of these terms.
Governing Law
