Does Copperline Sell or Share Your Information?
No. Copperline does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
When you call or send a request, we pass your call or your contact details and request to a local repair shop, or to the advertiser that handles calls for that shop. That happens because you asked us to connect you, so under California law it is a disclosure at your direction, not a sale. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
If we ever start selling or sharing personal information, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first and will honor every opt-out request we have received.
How to Opt Out
You can still tell us not to sell or share your personal information in the future. To do that, use our contact page, and include the phone number or email address you used with us. You do not need an account, and we will not ask for more information than we need to find your records.
We will apply your request within 15 business days and keep a record of it.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for that browser. If we know who you are, for example because you sent a request from that browser, we apply it to you as well.
Using an Authorized Agent
Someone you authorize can submit an opt-out request for you. We may ask the agent for written proof that you gave permission.
Your Other Privacy Rights
You also have the right to know, delete and correct your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. See our Privacy Policy for how to use them.
